The only event where you'll meet election administrators from all 39 counties — the decision-makers who evaluate, select, and implement the tools behind Washington's elections.
The Washington State Elections Conference is the only event that brings together election administrators from all 39 Washington counties and the Office of the Secretary of State in one place. With over 300 attendees in 2025 — both in-person and virtual — this is your best opportunity to build relationships with the people who evaluate, purchase, and implement the tools and services that run Washington's elections. Hosted by the Washington State Association of County Auditors (WSACA), your partnership puts your organization in front of the decision-makers who matter most.
All sessions are live-streamed via the conference mobile app, extending your reach to virtual attendees statewide. Partners are welcome to attend the welcome reception and purchase tickets for the Mariners networking outing.
Partnership registration is a two-step process this year. Staff passes are now purchased separately to comply with Washington State tax requirements.
Select your partnership level and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your partnership details and a link to register your staff.
Register each person who will attend on behalf of your organization. Every staff member needs their own pass to access conference sessions, the exhibit hall, and conference meals.
Why two steps? Under Washington State tax law, staff passes must be purchased as individual registrations with proper tax documentation. This is separate from your partnership investment, which covers your organization's tier benefits (exhibitor table, logo placement, lead retrieval, etc.).
Who needs a staff pass? Every person attending the conference on behalf of your organization — including those staffing your exhibitor table — must have a registered staff pass.
Open to all organizations interested in supporting the conference and connecting with Washington's election administration community.
A select number of anchor partnership opportunities are available for organizations seeking high-visibility involvement. Pricing and benefits are discussed directly.

For returning partners: We have streamlined our partnership structure for 2026. You may notice changes to tier names, benefits, and the addition of separately purchased staff passes (required under new Washington State tax law). Base partnership prices have been adjusted to offset the new per-person pass fee. Please reach out with any questions about how the updated structure maps to your prior partnership.
Featured and Supporting Partners host a dedicated session on Monday, June 1 to connect with clients, share product updates, offer training, and answer questions. Sessions run up to 90 minutes (Featured) or 60 minutes (Supporting) in a dedicated breakout room with full AV, live-streamed to virtual attendees.
