Hosted by the Washington State Association of County Auditors (WSACA), the Washington State Elections Conference is the premier gathering for Washington's election administration community. In 2025, the conference drew 270 in-person attendees and 69 virtual participants representing all 39 Washington counties and the Office of the Secretary of State. Your sponsorship directly supports the training and resources that help ensure accurate, secure, and accessible elections across Washington State.

The post-conference attendee list includes name, title, and organization. Sponsors seeking email addresses and additional contact details should enroll in the Lead Retrieval Program.
For returning sponsors: We have streamlined our sponsorship structure for 2026. You may notice changes to tier names, benefits, and the addition of separately purchased staff passes (required under new Washington State tax law). Base sponsorship prices have been adjusted to offset the new per-person pass fee. Please reach out with any questions about how the updated structure maps to your prior sponsorship.
Featured and Supporting Sponsors host a dedicated session on Monday, June 1 to connect with clients, share product updates, offer training, and answer questions. Sessions run up to 90 minutes (Featured) or 60 minutes (Supporting) in a dedicated breakout room with full AV, live-streamed to virtual attendees.
All levels include a 6-foot skirted table with two chairs. Premium locations (Featured and Conference Partner tiers) are positioned near session entrances and high-traffic areas. The exhibit hall runs concurrently with Tuesday and Wednesday sessions. Power available as a $100 add-on.

Conference rate: $217/night at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center. Includes complimentary self-parking.
Cancellations 30+ days before the conference (on or before May 1) receive a full refund. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.
